Last week I listened to Andrew's 4site about Self Leading for the second time and comented on the valuable content. Andrew pointed me to his article on the 4 site. I have been able to use all this information very effectively as a staff management tool and would like to thank Andrew for his help.

Prydale
Prydale is an old sheep farm 1300 ft up on top of the North Pennines. We have converted 2 old barns, one as accommodation & the other as an office. The accommodation is The Red Brick Barn.
Inside Prydale Office
The office is an old cattle byre which most people say has a wonderful calm about it and seems to create a safe space where it's ok to talk about anything that's on your mind. As you can see the decor is in keeping with the traditional origins & there are lots of comfy chairs & a log fire. The combination of office & accommodation makes this an ideal spot to come for a few days retreat with some therapy as required. Despite the pictures... it doesn't always snow!

The Jesmond Therapy Centre is right in the heart of Newcastle. It offers beautifully modernised rooms with a full reception service. There are excellent public transport links as well as up to 2 hours free parking! It is a great contrast to the country offer at Prydale & yet compliments it perfectly. Many people like to mix & match locations and we are happy to accommodate you in surroundings where you feel most comfortable. We offer regular evening appointments here to fit around your other commitments.

Right in the middle of Durham and a short walk from rail & bus links and there is also on street parking .Situated on a quiet side street the centre is ideal for people in and around Durham City Centre. We regularly see clients here on a Wednesday morning and are delighted to have a base in the city for those seeking support who are unable to make the journey to our other offices.
